  The 10 of us had so much fun staying at the Home Plate cabin! The cabin was impeccably clean & beautifully decorated. There’s so much space here that the bunch of us never felt on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances & utensils we needed & we all found the mattresses very comfortable. If I had to make one suggestion, it would be to add blinds to the doors in the master bedroom on the first floor that lead out to the back deck. It was a little challenging taking a shower or getting changed since there’s no door for the bathroom area of the room so if anyone was on a certain area of the back deck, they could get an unwanted eyeful HaHaHa! If you plan on a motorcycle trip be prepared for the roads leading to the cabin. They are pretty steep with huge holes & rocks due to the construction going on in the area. Other than that, we would absolutely rent this cabin again & would suggest it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay!

  This house is new, beautiful and luxurious. The pictures don’t do it justice. The kids LOVED the bunk bed room and the air hockey. Warning that it’s LOUD as there’s no door on that room which is right off of the kitchen and living area. They loved the spa too. We had a maintenance issue and they handled it very quickly. I appreciate that they had beach towels, so many rentals don’t. The only thing I wish it had was blinds in the upstairs bedroom windows. There are remote-controlled, really nice blinds downstairs. But if you sleep upstairs the sun will have you up around 6/6:30am. (Also tons of loud construction that starts early June 2021) The kitchen is gorgeous, lots of pots, bowls etc. Salt and pepper provided but anything else you need you’ll need to bring with you. The closest grocery store is 20 mins. Warning - there are two VERY steep gravel inclines to get to this house. My minivan had a very tough time on the steepest one and I was too scared to take it on outings. We all crammed in the suburban which handled it fine. So just a heads up! We had a great stay and would stay here again!

  The cabin was LUXURIOUS without a doubt. They provided everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen (utensils, pans, dishes, etc). Beautiful view of the private lake. We will definitely book again. It was a little hard to get to but ok once we figured out the route.

  We stayed at Hone PlateCabin 02/26-02/28. We were very satisfied with our stay. The cabin was beautiful and the beds slept comfortably. I have high expectations when We travel because we travel often and this cabin suited us and our friend’s perfectly. We had a couple of hiccups but Taylor assisted us. She was kind comfort it and took care of us. I would definitely book with this group again.   We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful house. Kitchen is very well equipped, the kids had a blast with the air jokey, board games and bean bag toss. The house is brand new which is great, but we were missing window blinds on the second floor rooms, I am sure eventually this will be fixed.
